The Crochet Chair designed and constructed from individual, hand-sewn crochet flowers, stitched together over a mould and stiffed with resin. Created by the Dutch designer Marcel Wanders and manufactured by Moooi, This unique Crochet Chair design was launched at Smart Deco. The open structure and lightness of the chair provides a nice contrast with the massive marble side table, Solid White.

about the designer:
Marcel Wanders grew up in Boxtel, the Netherlands and graduated from the School of the Arts Arnhem in 1988 and is designing for the European design manufacturers like B and B Italia, Bisazza, Moroso, Flos, Cappellini and Moooi.
