Angel Chair by Pascal Teuling

January 24, 2009 Filed Under: Armless Chair

This unique seating design “Angel Chair” is designed by a third year industrial design student at the Hogeschool voor de Kunsten Utrecht (HKU) Pascal Teuling. The Angel Chair is a design project using materials from Wheels Over Europe. The concept for the chair was “the chair as personal decoration.” Not simply a showpiece for the space, but also for the person in it, the Angel Chair has side wings that function as back legs. A supple cloth, Seat-E-Lastica, is stretched over the frame.
