This natural and organic forms inspired chair designs “Orchid Chair” is a great lounge furniture designed by German born designer Sebastian Gronemeyer. Using todays materials and structural knowledge. The un-upholstered Orchid lounge chair is constructed of a one piece molded reinforced fiberglass shell mounted on a chrome tubular steel base. The lower part of the chair can also be used to store newspapers and magazines.

The shell is constructed of a one-piece moulded recyclable plastic and is mounted on a chrome steel base. the prototype was recently shown at 100%design london for the first time and is currently prepared for mass production.
